Jeff and I completed the Army Ten Miler! Jeff was a trooper and stayed with me the entire run. He found that us "slow folk" have a lot more fun than the serious runners. Maybe he'll run with us more often?!It was a gorgeous day for a run. Blue sky, sunshine and in the 60s. It was a good run (for a 10 mile run), and I was glad when it was over! Jeff on the other hand stated that "This makes me want to run another marathon". If I had the energy, I would have swatted him.
We also had a fantastic weekend with friends and being back in Virginia! Awesome to see everyone and our old haunts, and it was hard to get back on the plane to Rochester.
